I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying clean and spacious rooms with great service. The location was spot on, making it easy to explore the area. However, I did encounter a few issues with humidity in one of the rooms, which made it less comfortable. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right near the bus station and within walking distance to thermal baths and great restaurants. However, the room I stayed in had a serious humidity issue that made it quite uncomfortable. I had a very mixed experience at the hotel. While the location was excellent, right in the heart of Leukerbad and close to everything, the rooms left much to be desired with cleanliness issues and uncomfortable mattresses. However, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference during my stay. The dining options were quite good and exceeded my expectations, which was a nice surprise. All in all, it's a decent choice for the price, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
